Adam dancing away the airport blues

To kill the time at Midway Sunday night while we waited for our flight, Adam practiced a few moves and lit up the eyes of young passerby with his snazzy dance moves. (I tried to get him to put on his black suit jacket, but he refused.)

A partner with good teeth. (Bested by #1,2 and 3: great hands, beautiful eyes, insane desire to jog at ungodly hours)

Adam muses about our weekend with his folks in Indiana

Hmmm....Adam thinks., originally uploaded by lngwrites.

We had a wonderful weekend in Crown Point, Indiana, but our experience with ATA air proved horrendous. (I should know never to trust an airline whose acronym I can't spell out.) But then, I suppose they can't control flash floods and lightening bolts galore. We left Chicago six hours after we were supposed to. This photo captures Adam during our first glass of wine, before we had any idea our flight would be so darn late getting off the ground. By the seventh, I couldn't operate my camera phone. (Joke! Mom, of course I don't binge drink!)

Sheila, a friend of Adam's mom, sent these gorgeous blooms to us for a wedding shower his mom held for us last weekend in Indiana. We're using lots of gerber daisies in our wedding. I love them!

what's wrong with this picture?

usa fitness, originally uploaded by thisoneboy.

okay, couldn't help commenting on this photo. hello!?!? what is the point of escalatoring to the gym? Seems sillier than driving around for a half hour looking for a parking spot close to the gym entrance. Sigh!
